HOW IT WORKS

1. Book Your Appointment

All local drop offs are by appointment only. Schedule through our Facebook or Instagram page, or use the link below.

2. Prepare Your Items

We accept women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories in excellent condition.

Please review our guidelines before bringing your items:

  • Two-bag maximum: Up to two standard-size trash bags or one large tote per appointment.
  • Items must be freshly washed, neatly folded, and ready to sell.
  • Clothing must be current, in style, and preferably purchased within the last 2–3 years.
  • All items must be free of stains, holes, tears, excessive wear, pilling, pet hair, and smoke odors.
  • Please remove all hangers, yard sale stickers, and consignment tags.
  • We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet our quality standards.

3. Let Us Sort Through Your Items

After drop-off, please allow 1–3 business days for us to review your items.

We will select the pieces that best fit our inventory and send you one bulk cash offer for everything we’d like to purchase.

4. Accept Your Offer & Get Paid

Once you accept our offer, payment is available through:

  • Cash
  • Venmo
  • PayPal
  • Brown Resale store credit (gift card)

5. Pick Up Remaining Items

Any items we do not select must be picked up within 48 hours of notification.

Items not picked up within this timeframe will become the property of Brown Resale.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER ♡

We carefully select inventory based on current styles, condition, season, brand, and customer demand. Not all items brought in will be purchased.
